I was wondering if you might be able to point me in the direction of a bike-related resource:
I'm looking to cycle from Toronto to my family's farm north of Kingston this summer – I'd like to take a nice, quiet route, over maybe three or four days. The main roads are not really an option, but I don't know how to go about plotting a route based on maps, since they can't really give me any indication of what the road conditions (e.g., traffic) are going to be like on any of these side roads. I'm sure other people know of good routes for this journey. How do I find them?
Awesome photo. Cool blog.

Any thoughts?
Thanks,

Ian.... Grab the maps from the Waterfront Trail website: http://www.waterfronttrail.org/
Also, have a look at Brian Hedney's route suggestions:
